The More You Know: Waffled Croque Madame

While this is apparently not a new thing, last night I discovered I could make Croque Madames with a waffle iron.





That sound you just heard? My mind exploding.

This opens a whole unexplored frontier of cheap, easy pressed sandwiches I can make at home.

For now, zee Croque Madame: ham and gruyère with more cheese melted on top and finished off with a fried egg.


Waffle-y
